Compensation per donation

Every donation is eligible for compensation, depending on the quality. Most donations do qualify; during the application process, our team checks to make sure you would be a suitable donor. As long as you are actively donating and attending all health check appointments. At København Sædbank you can be compensated with up to DKK. 6.500,- per month.

Flexible donation hours

Having flexible hours can be a big deal when you have other time commitments such as school and work life.

Even scheduling donations around vacations and impromptu events is no problem.

Donations are welcome up to 3 times a week max.

Health testing and genetic screening

Active donors are routinely tested and screened to ensure donated material isn’t infectious. Screening includes full physicals, STD testing, semen analyses, and genetic carrier screening. Genetic carrier screening is important to see what genetic conditions may be present and can be carried to any future offspring. This genetic test is a medical test different from commercial products you would see online and does not report findings to any database.

Donors are compensated with up to DKK. 6.500,- per month

Become a sperm donor at København Sædbank

Once you’ve completed the online application form, you can book an appointment for your first sperm sample. The next steps include meeting with our Donor Coordinator and reviewing your medical history, STD testing, genetic screening, and completing more information that will help build your donor profile.

We keep all of your identifiable information confidential, and all sperm samples are discarded until you are fully accepted into the program.

During the application process, you have a chance to meet with our team and speak to our donor coordinator more about what it means to be a sperm donor.
